Has anybody tried?

I have a 20001 kit I had in my Ram 3500 back in 2012. I kept most of the kit before I sold it. 200PSI single 480C system.

The 480C is a big compressor... however, synergy's brake booster mount claims to fit the 100,400 and 450 series compressors. This is weird to me because looking at the dimensions of the 2(450 and 480), the 480 is actually a tiny bit smaller then the 450 in almost every regard except overall length. the 480 is about 1/4" longer from bumper to bumper, but the mounting points are essentially the same, with the 450's being .1" further apart. Because the 480C has a different head, it's shorter by an 1/8". so according to the math, it should fit.

See attached drawing sourced from Viair to confirm.

Vehicle in signature, 3.6L Auto.

As far as the filter element goes, I intend to install an elbow barb there, and run a 1/2" line over to the jeep's airbox, so the compressor sources air through the jeeps air filter, before the MAF sensor.
