http://www.jeepglass.com/8796.htmDoes anyone know where to locate some side window seals for the hardtop?
On a YJ hard top it isn't a seal, it is more of a dust cover. The glass is held in with the windshield epoxy.Jesus. Only $12?!

Time to hit up Tom Woods.Heres a picture of the "welded driveshaft" from the PO. Its no longer on the jeep of course.
I thought about it. But I have a spare XJ front shaft that I might get cut to size for my SYE.Time to hit up Tom Woods.
Yeah, but I was told your local shop is gonna whack you for a couple hundred anyway?I thought about it. But I have a spare XJ front shaft that I might get cut to size for my SYE.
Haven't looked into it. I had a woody on my last YJ. Was $310 to my door for a rear. Had a ujoint fail within 500 miles. I think I'll try Adams driveshaft this time. I will say Tom Woods offered a new ujoint as well as the driveshaft to be inspected and such. So that's great customer service. I'm stumped on the window situation. But I want to get it taken care of. Tomorrow we are doing a 4 1/2 hour drive each way to pick up the new tub.Yeah, but I was told your local shop is gonna whack you for a couple hundred anyway? If that's true I'll go with a woody. I don't know the best way to get the windows out, but I don't think I would use a heat gun.
That looks like a great kit! I'll definately look into itthis would be my guess. Find Professional Windshield Removal Kit - Harbor Freight Tools I cracked my windshield by using a heat gun to remove a sticker. Fyi.
Well, looks and is are 2 different things when buying Harbor Freight. For the price I'd give it a shot. That looks like a great kit! I'll definately look into it
