Hi All,

Sorry I know these threads are on here daily, but I need a little help deciding what direction to go in.

My Jeep is 2014 JKUS with 3.73 gears. It's my Daily Driver and I will be taking two 2000 mile road trips this summer in it. Honestly it will be on road the majority of time. However there will be some occasional wheeling throughout the summer, which will probably include trips to areas like Ouray / Moab. Not this summer though :( Already too many trips planned.

I'm looking to lift it and go to 35" tires. Here is what I have come up with so far.

3" Rancho Sport Lift with RS9000 Shocks. With the Rebate seems like a great deal.
Rancho Exhaust Relocation
AEV Procal

Now here is the debate. I was planning on going with 17" rims and 35" Duratracs. The price saving by going to a 15" or 16" tire though is pretty extreme though.

Option 1.
Goodyear Wrangler KM/2 with Kevlar 35x12.50 r15 about $210 a piece
Level 8 Tracker 15x8 about $105 a wheel

Total $1575 for 5 wheels / tires

Option 2.
BFG K02 315/75/16 about $245 a piece
Wheels not sure. Lets estimate $130 a wheel

Total $1875

Option 3.
Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs. 315/70/17. $300 a piece
Wheels ~$150 each

Total $2250

Any inputs? I'm a little concerned about going with 15" but seems like it shouldn't be an issue, and the cost savings is pretty dramatic. I'm also a little concerned about the KM/2s road manners and longevity? And I am honestly surprised I can't find many reviews on the KM/2.

Thanks for the help.
Tom
