How wide are your wheels.
How heavy is your jeep.
Do a search on chalk testing and that will help.
Most will find somewhere in the 28-30 psi range +/- 3

Yep, somewhere in the vicinity of 30 PSI is safe for most tires. More pressure will increase fuel economy and handling at the expense of ride quality and footprint. Adjust according to what is more important to you.
