Will a 285/75/16 DuraTrac fit on a standard tire rack of 2008 Wrangler JKU ..

A standard tire rack? Not quite sure what you mean but if you have 16" rims they will fit fine on a stock wrangler. You might get a tiny bit of rubbing on the sway bar at full lock, but that is easily fixed by adding a washer to the steering stops
