Hi everybody, new here. Just recently bought a 2006 TJX with the stock 225/75R 15 tires on it and I'm wondering what is the largest possible tire size that I can put on that rim? AND the largest rim/tire combination without lifting it or spacers? I'll be offroading a fair amount here in the Virgin Islands and have alot of clearance issues on the roads here, and I want to get the most that I can before I lift the Jeep next year.
Thanks

31x10.50R15 is the largest tire that will fit without rubbing. The largest wheel should be a 15x8, no 15x10 wheels! I would actually recommend a 15x7 wheel for that 10.5" wide tire.

The wider the wheel, the easier it is for a tire to unseat when aired down for offroading. Which is why I recommend a 15x7 wheel. Only if you later decide to go for 33x12.50 or 35x12.50 tires would I go for a 15x8. :)
