Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with Mayflower Tools? Based in California selling Chinese made equipment. They sell on Amazon and Ebay and their own website. Equipment seems decent and there is a great deal out there.

1.5 HP Tire Changer Wheel Changers Machine Balancer Rim Clamp Combo 560 680 - Mayflowertools

$1300 bucks, free shipping, no sales tax. I know you get what you pay for generally, but if you look at these types of tire changers there is really nothing to them. Basically a motor, little gear set-up, and some cylinders. Easily repairable if something breaks.

Balancer I don't know. More electronics.

I can't find anything negative on this company anywhere on the internet. Nothing with the BBB.

I'm so tired of blowing $80-$100 bucks for mounting and balancing four tires for some hack who doesn't care. I buy all of my tires on the internet. Getting ready to pull the trigger but a little hesitant.

I mount my tires with spoons and put balancing beads in them so they never need balanced again. It's way cheaper than a $1,300 machine made in china that will not last and cant get replacement parts for.

Thanks. Not interested in spoons. Was just wondering about Mayflower Tools. The parts are pretty standard and can be ordered from multiple places.

For an H3 hummer tire, it can be $12 per tire for the balancing beads. I'll stick with the adhesive weights for aluminum and clip on for steel wheels.

I pulled the trigger and the combo is being delivered next week.
