I have found a really nice about 75 to 80 degree rock cliff that I want to winch and climb up. My question is to what degree can my jeep go up a hill without some sort of oil drainage into the cylinders? I am assuming that this may be too much? If it makes any difference its an 05 rubicon with the 4.0. I'd love to winch climb it and take some pictures.

I have done stuff like this without any problems. There is an obstacle called the Widowmaker in Moab that would be around that angle. Just make sure your winch is in perfect working shape. Do not be surprised if it overheats too as a couple guys in our group did overheat the winch.

6 speed Rubicon 5inch lift on 35 Toyo open country mats, warn 8274 winch(rebuilt) with new cable. I should be good!
