im swapping the 8.8 into my 97 wrangler with the powerhouse known as a 2.5 liter. haha. stock (wrangler) has 4.10 gears, and the 8.8 i bought has the 4.10s with factory limited slip. i have 35 inch rubbers, and its my dd. so i want to regear. im thinking 4.88s? im not sure how much lower either of those axles can go, and if i even should go lower. also, where's a good place online to buy ring and pinion sets? (im in SW oregon, dunno if that matters)

now onto to traction aid. less serious because i don't NEED it necessarily. but after everything else is said and done i want a selectable locker. who makes a good one? one day i want on board air, but i want lockers first. so i was thinking electric selectable? who has had experience with them and what can you recommend?
