Sydney basin.... :hide:
I truly thought that trail was awesome, that being said I will never drive down it again

And idk I think I'm gonna have to go with mount baldy only cuz it's close to home and has great views of the springs

So far for me Spring Creek is my number 1. It's close to Denver, challenging, great views, and fun. Second would be Wheeler Lake, it's kind of far but really cool old mill and mines, the lake is beautiful, and the v notch obstacle is fun in both directions.

I ran McClellan and Argintine Pass out of Georgetown, CO this past weekend. McClellen has some good climbs, one that follows a creek bed all the way up. Pretty Rocky. There are a couple of small water crossings. If you follow McClellan, you can get to the old Santiago Mine which is still very much intact. I like it because it has some challenges, water crossing and scenery/things to see like the old mine.

If you try to find it on Traildamage.com, the directions have changed due to some recent construction. I had a hard time finding the trail for a little while.

When is it too late in the year to run Holy Cross? I'd like to give it a go without snow on it, but I'm worried it might already be too late.
I know some yota guys who ran it last weekend, no snow at all. The creek was almost dry making it easier for them.

I can't go this weekend but maybe next weekend if the snow hasn't started yet. If we can get 3 or 4 rigs I'm game.

I'm biased towards the forks of the swan, deer creek, sts johns here in breck. Nice mix of below treeline with some challenges and some awesome high alpine cruising. Once you're up high its similar to the Ouray trails, minus the crazy steep steep cliff side descent.
Also, Plane Crash and Ironclads were pretty cool. And theres an awesome goat trail next to the red elephant trail that Justin can show you.....
