Yestersay i put the rear of the jku rubi up on jackstands to diagnose a stuck caliper. I Removed both tires and put the jeep in Drive (2hi) . I heard some constant clicking resonating throughout the driveline mainly from tcase to rear diff (place my hand on the diff and couldnt feel vibrations and tried the same at the tcase and couldnt feel any vibrations) Driveshaft boots appear to not be torn/ripped but may have had some grease seepage through the clamp on the Driveshaft end

The noise does not occur while on pavement. What could be the issue here?

That is the sound of the spider gears in the differential. Typical sound with only 1 wheel spinning.
