I've heard that can be a really big challenge. I've heard people using a plastic mallet to pound them out from the inside of the door. Did you get the mirror relocators because of doorless driving? I could be completely wrong but I thought that with the doors on and your mirrors relocated, you cant see the passenger mirror

Ok, here's the trick. Remove the bottom bolt from the mirror stem. Take a bolt from the door bracket of the opposition mirror and hand thread it all the way in the stem of the mirror. The bolt is the same thread, just a little longer. Spray the mirror stem really good with WF40. Pound that bolt upward with a mallet and it will pop up.

What Daggo said, but be careful with the mirror surrounds when you're trying to remove them. I broke my passenger side so now it rattles around loose. I can still use the mirror but I'll have to replace it eventually. I never did get the driver bracket loose because it was completely seized.

Also, it is true that with the doors on, the passenger mirror becomes useless. I ended up taking the relocation brackets back for a refund.

I'm not sure what you mean. Doesn't the mirror "the whole assembly" come off the door? Or do you have to take the mirror apart to get the unit out of the door? Haven't tried it yet, but I want to replace my mirror assembiles with heated power units. What part siezes? The relocation kit looks like just a plate over the old holes , then you mount the mirrors on the body. Thanks in advance

Never mind got it. I'll save my old ones take them apart and relocate with the new brackets for when the doors come off.
