I'm having the hardest time finding a replacement part for my 94 4.0L tailgate.

Years ago the rear lock broke and I assumed it was the cylinder so I bought another and finally got around to replacing it. However it turns out the cylinder is fine, but the little cam that attaches to the end of the cylinder and moves the locking arm is broken. The new cylinder I bought didn't come with a new one and it doesn't show that it should have.

It's this part here circled in red. I can't find this part available online anywhere I've checked. Anyone know of a resource to try?

The majority of the tailgate components aren’t available through Mopar anymore, your best options are to use the part number and search eBay or just inquire at a place such as Collin Bros, Daveys Jeep, there is also the off chance a Jeep dealer has one as well, in this case you would go to your local dealer parts counter and ask them to see if a dealer in the USA has one, call them and order it.

Thanks. That diagram comes closer to identifying it than any other I've seen but still doesn't quite point to that cam on the cylinder, and the closes marker is on the rod it attaches to. I send an inquiry to Daveys and hope for some luck.
In the end I'm thinking I'm just going to have to make one unfortunately but it'll be tough to make one that fits nicely over that tiny triangle shaft at the end of the cylinder and will may get frustrated and just weld the damn thing on there.
