So I'm a seventeen year old and I'm always trying to learn more about Jeeps and how they work. Are there any general sites other than forums that can help me out?

What do you want to know? Mechanics? Wiring ? Lifting? Modding ? So much information out there. Check youtube videos, look into buying a repair manual from an auto store. Google is your best friend for learning something you know you want to learn. For the stuff you don't know you wanna learn about yet, keep clicking around in youtube, you're bound to end up on a video that teaches you something you didn't know that day.

Jeep.com has a short tutorial explaining the many 4X4 systems Jeep offers.

Check out the mainstream off-road publications like Off-road Magazine and Four Wheeler for good articles on Jeeps and off-roading in general

Large online retailers like Quadratec.com, 4WD.com, also hold lots of good information.

Historical websites on WWII have information on how Jeep first appeared, and the role if played in helping in the war.

I'm sure there lots others.

Good luck,

Aldo
