Hello,

Tuffy's added a Security Deck and a Security Console Insert for the JLU to their site this morning.

Better get your Deck before they get back ordered!

thanks

Two(2) question(s) I've had about it :

- I looked at the pics - Does it have the prop-up arm?
- Do the Freedom Tops fit in the enclosure?

Other than that .... they make a great product (affordable)

Are these a better fit than the first run models? I had to send 3 back to Quadratec. 2 were badly damaged in transit, and 1 did not fit so great. I don’t have a factory sub, so it should have been like butter, like my 2016 JKU model.
$425 is a lot, so I’m hoping this may be revised, better quality, better packaging, etc for UPS to throw them around.. :)

Different than the JL deck they've had for about 1.5 years? Other options are the Slipstream or Backbone decks.
I just looked on their site and it looks like the one I bought 3 weeks ago for my 2019 JLU

Good questions.... I would like to know the same things.

I'm also wondering if this might be a good solution to run for the summer months with a mesh sun cover over the seats. I could put things in the back under the deck out of sight when parked.

Exactly why I loved mine so much in my 2016. It gives you peace of mind.

It's a game changer when running topless. You don't give it a second thought.

With all your input, I'm now very interested in this Tuffy product!

I found the installation document download link:
https://www.tuffyproducts.com/images/assy_inst/345INST_A.pdf

The PDF instructions mention a prop-up bar for the lid.

Also the tuffy site says the interior dimensions are:

38.75”L x 26.84”W x 16.85”H

Now all we need is the freedom panel size to know if they will fit inside.

The freedom panels probably won’t fit. They did it in my 2016
