So last night I picked up a 2019 JLUS for an over night drive and test. It has the 3.6L engine.

We drove it about 50kms out of town over alsorts of roads to see if we could live with it...

Well, it would buck on the highway, like a fish tugging on the bumper, it would not shift into 8th gear without being in the manual shift mode. None of the onboard systems registered any abnormalities no check engines etc.

We then took a 2nd ine, same configuration - same outcome but nowhere near as dramatic..

We have driven a 2l turbo with etorque with an amazing driving experience.

Anyone else have a similar V6 experience? If so what did they do to fix it?

I really like the JL just concerned about 2 testers exhibiting similar characteristics...
