turn signals

I just replaced my engine in my jeep and it is running great the only problem I have is the drivers side directional's. I have power to the front and rear lights and they light up. The only thing is the front does not flash. I have changed bulbs, tried a new turn signal switch and have checked the ground about ten times. I am out of ideas.
