Does anyone use this to start their car or heat their seats on cold mornings? The app for iphone has horrible reviews with people saying it takes 5 minutes for the doors to unlock, etc. Just wondering if it is worth the trouble of downloading and setting up.

I'm currently using an iPhone 5S on AT&T, Jeep has 430N w/ remote start

From that list, it seems that app requires the uConnect Access feature to be on your vehicle, which the Wranglers do not have. This is kind-of good, since its the uConnect Access feature that allows a hacker to gain control of your vehicle.

Thanks for the info. For the price of the upgraded head unit and sahara package it would be nice if they offered this feature in the future, even if the car has to be within a home's wifi range.

I had it on my Cherokee that I just traded in, it was free for the first year which was nice but after that they charge like $15 a month for it. For free its ok but not $15 a month. I have remote start on the JK so thats good enough for me.
