Hey guys. So I purchased my new 10A JKU and am having some issues connecting my phone to the jeep. When I press the button to hear the prompts, no sound or commands can be heard. Yes, the volume is up fyi.
I was able to connect my phone following a youtube video to know what prompts are required in order to connect. Still, nothing can be heard and when I try to play music from my phone nothing can be heard still. I have a required update from UConnect when I punch in my VIN number and the dealer is looking for $200 to do so. I tried myself but after 15 minutes of it starting it switches back to the radio.......:pullinghair:

Any help would be greatly appreciated before I run over to the stealership!:bop:

Sorry to hear about this! You can enter your VIN here and perform the Uconnect update yourself at home if you prefer: https://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update/. If you are still experiencing Bluetooth issues after you perform the update please send us a PM with your VIN so I can investigate further for you.
