Can someone assist with possible diagnosis. About 4hrs ago turning slowly into a hall in the nearby village I realized a ticking sound having just engaged 4H. Upon realizing this I decided to drive on 2H till I get to my lodge. I noe see that there is indeed a problem as this persists in both 4H anf 4H. I tried trouble shooting by locking all my diffs, drive a few yards and disengage, but this obviously has not helped as I still experience that same problem.

Driving normally on 2H is fine. I now have to drive 430km to the dealer to see this checked. Question: Could this be the transfer case issue or front drive shaft, or front axles failing?

Declaration:
2012 4dr Rubi (Pentastar)
3.5" AEV RS (Fox Racers)
35" Mickey on Mickey Sidebiters
ARB Front bumper and TMax Winch
Mopar Steel Rear Bumper

Thanks Gents

Some clicking is normal when the transfer case engages all four tires. That's how you know the gears are engaged and not runnin open. If your hearing a clicking but only on turns it quite possibly is the axles. Roaring type sounds are typically bearings. Any "play" in the wheel is also an indicator of bearings going bad. What other performance issues are you noticing?
