I just picked up my 06 LJ this past november, and now that spring is here i want to take care of coating/rust prevention.

I was looking at using 3m undercoating to take care of the frame and underbody.

eastwood internal frame coating to take care of rust from the inside out
Eastwood Internal Frame Coating 14oz Aerosol

eastwood exhaust paint (exterior and/or interior)
Satin Black Hi-Temp Coating
Eastwood Hi-Temp Internal Exhaust Coating w/extension tube

and Rust-Oleum bedliner for the interior.

just wondering who else have done anything similar, what their experiences were and what products they suggest to use.

was literally thinking about doing the exact same thing on my 05 LJ. Was also debating POR15 before the 3M undercoating on the frame and skid.
I am a huge fan of Fluid Film, as I take off or replace parts I always have a can on hand to touch up/ re spray any missed parts. I also recommend the Eastwood internal frame coating. I have never tried the 3m products but with the quality of items they make I'm sure it would be a good bet. I also use CLR for small surface rust and a wire brush.
Would spray can bed liner work? I hope so , I have sprayed a Bunch under mine. ?????
I'm a big fan of Herculiner for the tub. mine has held up great and you can't beat the price. I am not a big fan of lining the underside. Makes places for moisture to get trapped, you can't get it 100% sealed. i'm all for paint to keep things protected on the underside. you can also find new strikes easier. Was that scratch always there?
I used this stuff. So far so good after about 6 months will have to wait and see how it holds up long term

SMART Truck Bed Liner Kit - Tintable

Also used their undercoat product
