I have the opportunity to buy a used set of complete axles that have been upgraded. They're the stock 30/44 axles with the Artec truss & gusset kit installed on both, Yukon 4.88's, RCV axle shafts up front, upgraded ball joints, upgraded axle shafts in the rear, big brake kits front and back, limited slip in the front, Eaton E locker in the back. Basically everything you can do to upgrade stock axles. I'm looking at regearing anyways in anticipation of 35's, so here's a great setup (on paper) to run them, for far less than upgrading my axles. Original axles have 40,000 on them, the upgrades have 20-25,000. As far as wear and tear, what should I be concerned about buying used? From what I'm told they haven't been abuse and haven't been wheeled hard. All parts were installed by a reputable off road shop.
