The problem is that the elbows fit over a 3/8" diameter nipple on the intake manifold, but connect to a .325" outside diameter vacuum line/hose on the other end. They are basically reducing elbows and I was unable to find a direct replacement. One of mine was rotting away; I eventually purchased the entire vacuum line from mopar for about $45.

Here is what I have found for those elbows:

Front 1/4 port to 5/16 tube (to evap canister in rear) GM # 10124635 ($9.67) Dorman # 47038 ($5.99)
Mid 3/8 port to 5/16 tube (to purge valve) GM # 10124635 ($9.67) Dorman # 47038 ($5.99)
Rear 3/16 port to 5/32 (to cruise & A/C-heater) Dorman 766330 ($2.99 + frt)
Purge valve 5/16 tube to 5/16 port GM # 10124635 ($9.67) Dorman # 47038 ($5.99)
Edited, as spreadsheet lost formatting when pasted.

The front elbow requires a 5/16-3/8 hose clamp to secure.

A 5/16-3/8 hose clamp is also used on the middle to reduce the chance of cracking from expanding 5/16 over 3/8 (easy fit).

The GM part number came from this forum. I used one (on the front), then purchased Dorman from O'Reilly for the others.
