I did this to my 2011. I purchased the mopar power latches online. I think they were 30 something dollars a piece (I bought 5, I have 4 door and got one for the rear door). They are very easy to install. You replace the non power latches then it plugs in to the factory harness. Now, to get the power you don't have the modules and all that since you didn't get power from factory. What I did was go to best buy and have them install viper 211 keyless entry unit (I think 130 bucks including installation). Now I am sure you can have best buy tap in to all the door latch wires or you can do it before you get there. I tapped in to all the power latch wires and just had it all ready in one spot under the dash for best buy. I believe you can buy keyless entry units from 30 dollars on up if you don't want to pay best buy to do that part and save some money. It really is not hard unless you want the exact factory only parts/ key fob. I believe that was going to cost a lot more for the modules and other things needed. Hope that helped some.
