It would be M8 x 1.25 if anything. I'm almost positive a 2.25 thread pitch doesn't exist. M8 x 1.25 is a very common size so that would probably be it.size is M8 x 2.25 x 12MM (it's a short bolt). you will need a thrust and lock washer if you're gonna source it from the local hardware store. marine grade stainless steel or better would be ideal. you can check the warn website for replacement parts listing, but they go by serial number. just a heads up
