A friend of mine has a brand new one. he is selling it for 400 bucks with NO CABLE.

his winch cable broke and his insurance company sent him a new winch in stead.

Is this a good deal? I looked it up kind of quick .

Good deal! I run zeon 10, steel cables r cheep to pick up, try Craig's list or Harbor freight.
