Installed the compressor tonight, everything went well. But I noticed it cycles like this when I am not inflating, or otherwise drawing air out of the unit.

Is this normal?

Power is right off the battery and switch runs to a CB wire behind the dash.

Thanks!!!

Still got a leak Scott. Check the bulkhead connector at the compressor tank. And anything connected to it. The pressure switch can leak, too. Did you use a thread sealer when you installed the fittings?

The compressor has a small tank. It is what all the fittings thread into. The single compressor has a tank about the size of a hotdog bun.

Agreed, still connections that could be leaking air. With the small tank and the hose (small volume) it would cycle quickly between the lower and upper set point of the pressure switch.
