Is anyone out there running the rear handles in a 2 door? After a recent trip to the Silver Lake dunes my wife & kids complained about needing "something to hold onto" in the back. I plan to order a set of the WD front handles but am wondering if the rears could be an issue getting in and out of the back set in a 2 door. I can't tell how closely they fit the side of the Jeep and am worried the kids could bash a shoulder on them getting in if they stick out into the cabin a little bit. Anyone have experience with the rear handles in a 2 door JK? I'd appreciate any feedback before I pull the trigger on a full set (I don't really like the looks of the headrest handles or sound bar ones for the back).

I did not even know there was a back set for a 2dr. I just have the two in the front.

We had the kid make some paracord handles that attach to the headrest posts. Great handle for getting in the back on the missus 2Dr and my 4DR.

I took the plunge and couldn't be happier with the handles. The rears fit great and aren't in the way at all. I had read some posts where people have had trouble lining up the bolts of the front. Mine went together very easily with no problems whatsoever. Just a tip if you buy these with the rubber slip-on grips, keep the palm of your hand over the hole on the rubber grip when you're forcing them on. The pressure seems to help "open them up" so they'll slide on easier. Even with a little soap I was having trouble with the first one until I realized that plugging that vent hole was the way to go.
