Yeah, that vents your diff and help prevents water from getting in it.

So it should be plugged in? I can just fix this myself?
It's already "plugged in" on top of the differential where it serves only as an air vent for the axle housing. Just route the loose end of that rubber hose up along the passenger side of the radiator where plastic clips should be there to hold it. The end of that hose should end up an inch or so below the top of the radiator.

It doesn't plug into anything, it's just an air vent. Just run it back up the driver's side of the radiator and you should find a clip toward the top. Here's a pic.

If the clip is missing or broken, just zip tie it in to "secure it" in about the same location.
