What kind of lift kit and tires?

I want to make my 98 TJ a lot bigger. Right now I have BFG 32"x11.50 r15 all-terrain tires and Eagle Alloy 15" wheels and a 3" body lift. Right now the tires are really inline with the Jeep and I want some that are bigger and stick out more. I would like 35" wider tires and a 4" suspension kit and black wheels. What is the best I can get (for the lowest price too) and is there anything else I need to put on? I would like to keep it all under $1,500. Thanks!

you can get a complete 4" rough country lift for about $530...you can clear some 35's with the 4" lift although you might hit at full flex...edit-nevermind you have the 3" body lift...you might need a sye and cv driveshaft. you might get vibes or you might not. Jerry on here says that whether you get vibes or not you should get one at 4 inches because if your on the trail and flexing the driveshaft is so short that it could actually slip out of the tcase or jam in the tcase and bend or crack it.

you can get black wheels for less than $50 a piece. some are around $40 a piece. if your gonna run a 12.50" wide tire then you can run a 8" wide wheel or a 10" which will make the tires stick out more...any wider than a 12.50" wide tire and you should probably go to a 10" wide wheel...if you go wider than 12.50 then a 8" wide wheel is gonna be over 4 inches difference than the width of the tire so its best to go up to a 10" wide wheel or at least a 9" wide wheel when you go wider than 12.50"

and i run bfg muds and like them a lot although they are expensive...i've heard some good things about the durango mud terrains and they are pretty cheap

if you want to do it cheap, just buy 2" coil spacers and that will me enough to fit the 35"s since u already have the 3" body lift. I have a 3" body lift with a 2" coil spacer lift and i fit my 35"s easy. and i have the eagle alloys just like you!hehe. I bought my spacers for 100$ free shipping on ebay. But if ur willing to spend more money, go ahead and a suspension lift kit. I know u mentioned a 4 inch lift but it sounds like you just wanted the 35"s for looks. If thats the case then here are some pics of my jeep with 3" body lift, 2" spacers, and 35"s. hope u get ideas

The wheels i have now are the 35-12.5-15 pro comps x-terrains. Outstanding performance in mud and rock. I love em. super quiet on the road too. $720 shipped at tirepackage.com for all 4. I really recomend them.
