just got some 38x14.50 tires. Because of the width of this tire, I obviously need some wheel spacers. should I get 1.5 or 1.75" spacers?? never used wheel spacers, so I could use some advice in the area. Thanks
Great info! I think I'm gonna go with the spidertrax 1.75" also. When it comes to wheel spacers I feel quality is of the upmost importance and spidertrax seems to have the highest quality.I run a set of spidertrax 1.75's and they work great not even noticeable on the hwy. Most high end ones are hub centric, so they fit perfectly on the hub. And as far as one breaking off...... Well put it this way 5 grade 8 bolts bolt a flat surface down to a high carbon flat face of the hub and then the rim bolts to the flat of the t6061 CNCd alum. billet spacer. When you look at the strength of the mating materials and the grade 8 shearing force rating. I would be surprised to see one snap or come off if properly installed.
