I would belive anything Discount Tire Direct tells you when it comes to what fits. They do a ton of Jeeps and know what fits. I'm on my 3rd set of tires and 2nd set of rims from them over the years. I've always been very happy with them and their service.

A 0 offset is basically 4.5 inch back spacing on a 9" rim which will be fine on any tire that is up to 12.5" wide so you are good.

this. I just bought wheels and tires for my JK from discount, followed their advice on size and they look great. I have bought a few sets of tires from them over the years and it has always been a good experience.

I went down to 15" rims and 33x12.50x15 tires before I lifted my Jeep. The 15" wheels make the tire look bigger then it is and Discount Tire knew what 15" wheels fit on my Jeep. The 15" tires are also a lot less money then the 17" or 18" tires so it saved me some money. I had no rubbing with this combo. Here is a pic of my Jeep with the 33x12.50x15 combo before I lifted it.
