Hi, I had a leak on my tranny and removed everything to have it fixed.
When I removed the front drive shaft (at the transfer case), the last owner did an awful job and srews attaching the transfer case front yoke to the CV where rounded. I managed to unscrew them but now, I'd like to replace them but can't find where to find new ones (online) cause I live in Canada and there are very few Jeep stores around :'(.
Any buddy could help me ? ;)
Thanx

Those screws come in Dana-Spicer kits. Deciphering the Mopar's .312-24x1.170 description, I calculate it being 5/16x24x1 5/16. Use a grade 5 or Grade 8 bolt if you can't find the little boxed Spicer bolt kit, don't use standard bolts on the drivetrain.

Hi Jerry,
Thank you for your answer. This is not the screws I need. I had no problem finding those ones.
The one I cannot locate anywhere are the ones bolting the yoke on the front transfer case to the front drive shaft (right on the CV). They are different from those bolting the driveshaft to the differentials.
They are a little bigger (bigger diameter)
Thank you !

Those are the bolts I looked up, right in front of the tcase that thread through the yoke and into the cv. I'll verify the info but that's what the Mopar parts manual said.

What year TJ do you have? I looked it up in the 2002 Mopar parts listing.
