I have the 3/4" Daystar in the front of our Jeep and it is good so far.
I went with Daystar because they have a good rep and have been making stuff like this for a long time. I could get a cheaper one on eBay but I was not interested in one that some Chinese guy made in his bathtub out of old tires.
That would be almost 1" lost at full stuff, just a question, but the coil springs have to come out anyways to install a 3/4" spacer, why not go with longer coil springs ? with those Fox shocks, you may already have 3" bumpstops already.
