Here's some pics of the parts as they started rolling in:

Wheels were powder coated at Hamptons Kustomworks in Broken Arrow, OK

Poison Spyder fenders came in tan, but the color clashed so we had them sprayed with Line-X

Install Day 1

We scheduled the install with our Jeep club and they were a huge help, hopefully they learned some things too :) Our goal with these workshops was for newer Jeepers to get in and see what's going on under their Jeep, get their hands dirty & see what different mods do. We started at 6pm and went until about 10.

We tore down the front axle and removed it, tore down the rear and removed it. Built the rear Teraflex CRD60 and installed, built the front Tera44 but haven't installed it. So we'll continue on Friday and Saturday, order drive shafts on Monday and wrap it up next Wednesday (hopefully) :)

Pre-tear down meeting:

The wife was the first one to jump in and start tearing down. She decided she likes the impact driver and said she'll rotate her own tires now. We'll see :D

Pulling the front axle out:

Cutting the bump stop tubes and installing the Teraflex speedbumps:

Not sure what @SoDakSooner is doing here, but he's got the pose down! LOL

Pulling the rear axle shafts and installing the brakes:

Our buddy Blain sustained a wound from some screws, but like a true Jeeper he pushed thru the pain:

Photobomb from Chris

Getting the rear CRD60 put into place

Almost there! Good shot of the Alpine arms

And dreaming we were done and the wheels/tires were on

Install Day 2

We finished the Rear and front axles and brake kits. Had to trim part of the CRD60 to fit the falcon shocks, fortunately the shop had a plasma cutter that made short work of it :)

Put the Jeep on the ground to get final torques done.

Started install of the Poison Spyder fenders, man what a pain they are!! :)

Install Day 3

Steersmarts steering components, drag link, tie rod and track bar. Pictures don't do things things justice, they are absolutely HUGE. 1 1/2 ton ends that are grease-able.

Adam's drive shafts

Ready to roll out

And driving home (back end loaded down with tools) :)

Go with the Pro 6s, TrailRecon has them and I agree with him - the round A-pillars have a more classic Jeep feel.

Jeeez man, talk about getting after it! You rolled this thing in bone stock and rolled out a meticulously built MONSTER thats still an excellent DD. Well done!

Thank you for the kind words!

The Pro 6 looks awesome, and would be great for this build.

That is a seriously "SICK" Build! Looks really unique, and very well done. Do not think the colors could be any better. Not colors I could have even imagined would go together, but dang do they ever.

My only downer to this build is I realize what I'm missing by not having a really good Jeep Club near me that has an interest in these type of wrenching party's. All my wrenching is my wife and I on our backs in the driveway or on our backs at my shop when rain sets in.

Bravo!! Blue Baby Sound and great other half who has excellent taste in Jeeps!

So we didn't get to take Wookiee to the Crawl4Christ event. My wife lost all brakes when the rear end link caught the hard brake line on the passenger rear side. Lost all it's fluid.

Earlier in the year I noticed there was antifreeze inside the passenger front wheel well, they ordered a new head to repair.

@sodaksooner snapped a pic at the dealer for me :)

We took Brutus to the event instead and had a good time. Over 100 Jeeps there.

Damn, thats unfortunate! I'm glad she was injured, sounds scary!

I gotta tell you Jeff, I smile every time I look at this build. There's some genius happy factor in that color scheme...once again, great job:thumb:

Thanks for the links! I’m buying that Alien sunshade today! Your Jeep is awesome - but I don’t have the Cajones to pull off those wheels 🤣
