I bought a yj about 6 months ago and after I bought it I replaced all spark plugs, wires, and rotor. This made it run very smooth until recently. It has developed a rough idle. Never dies but sounds like it is about to sometimes when I slow down. any ideas on what it could be? I doubt it would be electrical because of the recent tune up. Maybe fuel filter? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I know everyone says this but try and either clean or replace your IAC, idle air control. It's a sensor located on your throttle body, right next to the TPS. Might have a lot to do with your idle
