i have a 95 yj and it has a 3.5 inch lift on it. i am wanting to put 33x12.50s on it and am wondering if an 8 inch rim with 4 inch backspace will clear the leaf springs when turning the front wheels sharply? thanks guys

Most folks go with 3.75. But You might be okay with the 4. What kind of tires?

That is my tire & wheel specs, but I have a 4" lift. No problems at full turn for me. I'm sure someone on here can help more...

You can also adjust the steering stops on your spindles to avoid the tire from hitting the spring if needed...

How do you adjust the steering stops. My jeep is just for muding but I have 36" swampers and if I turn too sharp the tires hit the leafs.
