Am I wasting my money and Time

So I have a 97 wrangler. Some rust frame issues. Saw this stuff for treating the inside of the frame. So I have been buying it at $19.00 a can and spray the inside of my frame rails. Looks good but maybe its just paint. Is it really stopping rust and holding my jeep together ? Who has used this stuff. Wish I can get it cheaper .

IMO it's just paint. There is no substitute for a little elbow grease sanding/grinding off all the rust, spraying primer and painting. Many times I've seen people just paint over the rust and while it looks good, the rust is working it's way through the metal underneath.
