I'd start by cleaning/ checking the evaporator drain.

 

Does this only happen when you are driving at highway speeds? The tube that drains the water out faces towards the front of the jeep in the engine bay. I have found that around town the water drips out no problem, but when I get on the highway the air rushing up under the jeep blocks the tube and forces the water to dump over into the passenger side.
If this is your problem, I saw one guy put a 90* turn on the end of the tube so it points down. He said that solved his problem. I will probably try that next summer.

mine has an elbow as well pulled that off and it was clear, then i stuck a small wire brush in the port coming thru the fire wall HOLY COW you should have seen the water pour thru the drain looked like a quart and i was soaked lol anyway thanks for the info gentlemen
