That's not a bad idea actually. Assuming it doesn't rain, of course.

 

You could roll the windows down. Or try rigging up some sort of water misting device.

 

Put a leash on the dog so it doesnt/cant jump out.

 

I put a leash on my dog and tie it to the roll bar. She can move around the back of the jeep but cant jump out

 

A truckstop will have the fans you are looking for

 

And an eyebolt through the floor just behind center console is what my buddy does and has a leash tied to it the perfect length for the dog

I'll see if there's a good place to anchor the leash, and maybe hit up a truck stop to grab a fan for extra credit.

 

Anchor it to the rear seat belt screw on the tub

 

the sell harnesses to keep the dog from moving about, like a seatbelt for the dog, don't like to use leash with collar in case dog jumps out and hangs itself.

 

I second the net idea. That's what I'm going to do soon for my own dogs (and rear passengers).
