I highly doubt it would fit. Those flares are just that. I'd consider actual tube fenders like TNT or GenRight that will actually gain you some clearance... or better yet go with either of their Hi-Line style that will net you 3" of clearance without a lift... then the 2" BB would be perfect to fit 35's.

 

Those look like a great option but seem like they could get fairly expensive with paint, air intake, battery, and what ever else they need...

Do you think bushwacker flat flares and 2" BB would fit them? Those flares say "2.75 additional tire clearance" but I'm a newbie so I'm not sure exactly how that translates...

Or is what you are saying is they won't even fit with the factory fender panels? If thats it then I am completely off track...

With 35s, how little lift can get away with, not regarding flares, just fenders?

So I've been thinking some more (don't we all) and I've started to think about a low cg. Heres what I've come up with:

Warrior Products Tube Flares, RE 2" BB, and 35x12.5s. Would if fit for light trails and mostly every day driving? I want the very least lift I can get away with... Joe

So if only light trail and mostly everyday driving... WHY 35's???
You can do that lift with 33's and still capable of tackling alot of trails.

35's require alot more attention then just slapping a set on.
If your your TJ has D35's front/rear, the 35 tires are definately pushing the limit and would have to look atleast upgrading to alloys. D35's and 35" tires do not get along. Also with running 35's requires regearing which can cost some coin$$$$$.

Do that same idea but run with 33's instead....

 

Chris brings up excellent points regarding the axles and gearing. If you fill out your profile and give us more information on your Jeep, it'll be easier to answer your questions more accurately. And roughly what he's talking about is what I've done to my Jeep. After many months reading and learning what is required for the look (face it, I'm all about how cool it looks ) Knowing my needs and budget I did an LCG with 33's...

 

Warrior Products Tube Flares are just a pricey replacement flare for the plastic ones. They appear NOT to be a true Tube Fender if that's what you looking for.

Like AzTJ stated look at getting a set from Treks Offroad (TNT), Gen-Right, Metal Cloak, Trent Fab or Posion Spyder

 

Thanks for the input everyone. Thats exactly what I needed! I see how much cheaper 33s would be than 35s. InfernoGirl, I REALLY like the look of your jeep. My number one choice now would be 2" spacers and 33s.

Chris, I'll look at those other makers but TNT seemed like it would get really expensive with all the things it takes to fit them...

 

Thank you It suits me well. Keep in mind you will be very limited in your flexing abilities with only a BB and big tires. Trimming flares helps, but unless you do shocks and springs you have still basically crippled the suspension... Fortunately my heart is big enough to love my handicapped Jeep too!

 

TNT's are a direct bolt-on and only require an aftermarket intake due to the fender well clearance. Yea they are expensive, but worth every penny.

I have the Poison Spyder ones and was one of the best upgrades yet, other then lift kit. They have bounced off many tree's and rocks and still hole up great. The only down side to the PS ones are that it does require cutting your existing fender to work, since it uses the stock fender well.

That's definatly an option I'll have to consider... InfernoGirl, Are you flares cut? (noob can't tell the difference from a picture...)

 

Just about an inch came off them... Didn't want to alter the look too much, and didn't need much off. Besides, it's easier to take off more than put it back on...
