Hey guys, pretty sure i have a bad input shaft bearing in my 6speed. Knew that when I bought the jeep, paid well under book for it. Its getting pretty noisy now so Im thinking its time. Anyways anyone had it rebuilt and know what im in for? Should I definitely have it done at a stealership or call some tranny shops? And I was thinking of having the t-case done too, Is it worth it, or dont bother or wait till i need an sye?

How many miles on it?? Could it be the throw out bearing?? Does it go away if the clutch is depressed??

The throwout bearimg has always ratlled on this thing, but its at the point where it shifts hard in first three gears, and 108,000 miles. The jeep is super clean so I plan on keeping it so I figured just get it done.
