I bought my jeep in April and immediately took the windows out. When I removed them, I had a hard time at the start of the zipper where they push in. There was a lot of calcium deposits on the metal. What can I use to clean this off? I tried putting the windows back last weekend and gave up because I couldn't get the windows started.

I clean the zippers with diluted C.L.R. 50 to 50 with water. Then after you clean it buy a zipper and pull lubricant. I got some from a fellow jeeper. But theres places that sell it online and ive heard a variation is available at DicksSporting Goods for use with tent zippers
