No need to treat it like any other engine when stopping. Otherwise just follow the maintenance schedule in the owners manual and make certain you use the recommended oil.

With any turbo, if you drive the engine hard, it’s always a good idea to let the engine idle a bit so it can cool down and not have the oil fry in the turbo from the heat Before shutting it off.

 

Old wive's tale that applied to race cars and high performance / high compression engines. Jeeps have neither. No need to let a Jeep cool down before you shut it off, no matter how it was driven.
