back when I was looking for 35" tires I found the Atturo Trail blades. But I could not find ANY reviews from Jeep owners. So I'll throw my .02 in on these tires.

First off, I got the 35x11.50x17 Atturo Trail Blades. I bought them locally for $245 a tire. which I thought was great. When the tires came in, they were stacked up beside some Toyo Open Country tires. I could not tell mine from them just looking at that angle.

When the tire guys mounted and balanced the tires, I was impressed. They had to add 1oz of weight to 3 tires and 2 oz to 2 tires. That is unheard of on big tires.

I've got 6000 miles on the tires now. these tires are very quiet. compared to the trail grapplers I was running. I've rotated them one time in taht 6000 miles. they have held up extremely well. Very little wear at all, and all of the wear is even thus far.

As far as offroad handling, they are great on the rocks and the little mud that I have been in. The grip the rocks well, and the sling the mud out even better. They're great on the highway as well as far as standing water.

I hoping to get at least 40k miles out of these tires. I'll be happy with that. Think I'll stick with these unless something goes bad wrong.

When I read this review a while back, the first thing I thought was Toyo knockoff.

Atturo Trail Blade M/T - Tire Review - 4 Wheel & Off Road Magazine

I guess designing treads patterns based on knives is popular in Asia.

The Trail Grapplers are very loud and the Toyos are louder than average so if the Blades are quieter that's a good advantage other than price.

Yes when I first saw them I was worried they would be as loud as the Toyo's and as heavy, and they are neither. The sidewall pattern is really what sparked my interest besides the price!

Yeah mine are 10 ply as well. They may be a little heavier than the 8 ply but they should last longer.

The tire doesn't look bad, and hope it performs well. I do like some of their descriptions of the tire.

Quote:

• Arched and segmented stone throwers molded between shoulder treads to help eject whatever you just crushed.

• Rim Protector provides extra protection for rims from curbs, rocks, tree branches and smaller vehicles.

• Menacing sidewall tread blocks provide deep gouging traction. Will scare children.

End quote.

That's awesome...

Sorry i meant to type 35x12.50. That was a typo. But to answer your question the tires measure 34.7

i have these tires as well and am very pleased with them. ive had them in quite a bit of mud and they performed very well. I have noticed that they are lighter than the trail grapplers by a few pounds. cant say if that's a good thing or a bad thing. I have approx. 3k miles on mine and so far the wear appears to even. glad there are other jeeple happy with these tires

I'm running 28 psi in mine. Seems to be a happy medium

I just got a set for my 2011 JKU and so far so good. When I had them mounted they aired them up to 50 psi the max load pressure. I drove on them for a couple of days at 50 psi and quickly dropped them down to 28 psi. Ride is much more comfortable, but road noise increased slightly, which makes sense because of more tread contacting the road.

I have them mounted on 17" Pro Comp 7069 alloy wheels and I have a 2.5" budget spacer lift (hopefully going to a good 4" soon) As i said road noise is on par with other tires like Toyo and the tread pattern looks a lot like Toyo. Mine are 10ply with 3 ply side walls. Only rubbing I had was on factory air damn under bumper, which has mysteriously found it's way in the trash. ;-)

For the money I'm happy with them so far. This is my first set of MT tires as I've always run ATs in the past so getting used to the "feel" of MTs will take some time, but so far I really like them. I can't wait to get them dirty.

Atturo tires lasted 40K+ miles and enjoyed every one of them

I went through a set of Atturo M/T 33s on my JK and loved them. The Jeep did pull to the right the entire 40K+ miles I put on them... even after an alignment or two, but it might have been my fault for not doing the alignment before putting them on. For M/Ts I thought they rode nice, were relatively quiet (got louder as they wore down) and I never got stuck anywhere. Granted they spent a massive amount of their life on asphalt, but I was pleased, and am pretty sure I going for the same tire again. If anyone sees a deal on them, let me know :)

I have a friend that owns a tire shop/truck accessory store. He had a distributer that kept trying to push Atturo's so he installed a set on his brand new Silverado. The truck immediately developed a vibration issue. After attempting to rebalance them several times (remember he does this for a living) with no luck, he took his distributer up on his offer to buy them back if he wasn't satisfied. He then installed a set of Mickey Thompson's and the vibration issue disappeared.

I just replaced my 35" Trail Blade Mts with a new set. I really like them. I put 10,000 miles on the previous set, but they were on the Jeep when I bought it one year ago. I have no idea how many miles where on the tires. I also considered the Toyo RT, and MT, but the price on the Atturos was great. They ride great for me in all conditions.
