I leave the top off every night as long as the weather forecast doesn't call for rain. I have a cover that I put on almost every night. I have forgotten to put the cover on a few times and no big deal it just gets a little damp inside. I keep nothing of value in the jeep.

 

I'm in a nicer part of Atlanta but the Apartment itself is not one of the nicer ones. I leave the top and doors off whenever weather is good and I've left it out for 3/4 days at a time when we've gone out of town and never gets messed with. Even with the Amp and Sub sitting out in the open. Ive even left it out like that in sketchier parts of town and no issues, even down by the Braves stadium in side lots etc.

 

jeep is usually in the garage since my truck won't fit in there with my snowmobile in front of it anyways. Unless it;s raining once the windows go out they don;t really go in and it's parked wherever. nothing in it worth stealing other than a 75 head unit so no big concerns

 

Soft top up, doors off, side windows taken off, back window rolled up. i keep it like this all the time.

my tj isn't a dd, just a weekend/occasional toy. i keep a full cover on it at all times when it is parked out front of the house.
