Which version of 241 and from what vehicle

If you mean a TJ rubicon case it will bolt on a TJ 4.0 tranny but will not clear floor without hammer work and driveshafts have to be changed

I've just about completed a full bottom end swap of front and rear axles off a rubicon, along with the transfer case, into a 1997 TJ. Its taken a long time, even though I hired someone to do the heavy work of the axles and transfer. However, I did have lots of issues to resolve along the way...

02 here also, but with the manual and installed a 241OR
1" BL 1" MML - UCF "No BL Skid" and their "LoPro trans mount" - Savvy cable shifter

No sure the clearance diff between the Auto and Man, but the above fit for me with no modifications to the tub

 

Assume that means 1" Body lift, 1" Motor Mount Lift, Under Cover Fabworks No Body Lift Skid Plate, and Low Profile Transmission Mount?

And the Savvy cable, 241 shifts differently than the 231

But as I said, this is with the 5 speed, Auto may be different
