In my owners manual it states that my 2019 V-6 can use this fuel. But when I asked the parts counter at the dealership he said he would not recommend using it because over time it will damage the injectors. Who is correct?

Ethanol has less energy by volume, so when you run the numbers it's not a good deal. It's subsidized, so they can play games with fooling you via price tag.

Ethanol breaks down quickly. The motorcycle guys say it breaks down in 30 days. So you'll want to add an emulsifier to your gas tank if it's not a daily driver.

We’ve used 15% ethanol 88 octane almost exclusively in our 3.6 Durango for the last 183K miles and our F150 3.5 Ecoboost for last 92K miles. Not a single problem. Also, the regular fuel here is 10% ethanol and the mpg difference in 10% and 15% ethanol is unnoticeable.
I’m not a tree hugger, but the 15% is cheaper with no side effects.

Those kinda sound like daily drivers?

Ethanol is not a good result for enthusiasts, because it breaks down so quickly.
