Welcome to the forum, and you're welcome for the info. Attaching a couple better pics of my install.
As for the sniper it was a good investment in my opinion. You will need to drive a bit for it to dial itself in. Read the install instructions on setting the tps for idle adjustment. Get to know the touchscreen operation but hold off making any manual adjustments until data logs get a chance to be created.
I found the throttle response to be much better on the low end and picked up a little more get up and go at the top. Not gonna see much in mpg unless your carb was way off before. The 4.2 is what it is for power so you'll not get v8 performance, but what you do get is pretty impressive.
FWIW. My 89 is getting a new motor this summer and the sniper is what he uses in his stroker motors, so there must be something to them
