Hi all. 2017 JKU, 10.1k miles.
I recently discovered I have low coolant and have been absolutely struggling to find the right coolant to top off my reservoir. The stuff that is currently in the bottle is reddish-orange. I assume the coolant that is currently in there is stock and that the previous owner hasn't had it changed. The manual says to get the 10yr/150k mile OAT stuff, but my local auto parts store found and tried to sell me HOAT which was more of a reddish-pink. My research has told me that you can't mix the two or you run the risk of causing precipitates or corrosive byproducts and I simply cannot find any resource that tells me what the stock coolant type is nor can I find the exact engine coolant that is stated in the manual.
What is the stock (Mopar) engine coolant for 2017 JK's and where can I find it?
